My name is Molly, and I am a prospective teacher, currently in my second year in the Bachelor of Elementary Education program at UVIC, studying in Victoria, BC.

I was born in Edmonton, AB, and lived there until I graduated and I decided to move to Victoria to study psychology at the University of Victoria. I found myself interested in child psychology and development and I learned that my true passion was in education. All of my jobs have surrounded children and have been a wonderful introduction to the world of teaching. I have been a swimming instructor, summer camp leader, and currently, I am a nanny for two adorable boys that I love dearly, James and Maxwell.

I try to surround myself around people that are creative, fun and embrace who they are. As a career, teaching utilizes all of these values and is so rewarding to see students develop and learn and embrace who they are through the teacher’s help and guidance.
