This week I finished my first project!
Here are some tips that I learned:
- How to end a stitch, a piece of thread.
- Long pieces of the thread get tangled easily.
- Weaving the back of the stitch makes it look clean and polished and helps keep knotts secure.
- Make sure the running stitches are equal in length.
Overall, it took me about 3 hours to complete and is about the size of my palm 🙂
Here are some videos for guidance and direction. The first one shows how to tie a knot and weave the remaining thread. The second part shows the running stitch and how to loop the thread to make the back look clean.
