This week we discussed educational videos and screencasting techniques and tricks. Our small group discussed how are art KQED videos are great examples that inform and educate us interactively in a short and quick-time period to develop our understanding. They are a great way to explain color through online learning, and are conscience to embed within a lesson plan.
Another educational video I found exciting was a video explaining and displaying (screencasting) the Imovie app. As an educational tool, I believe that this form of technology is a great tool for teachers and students in learning and increasing participation. This video below shows the basics to Imovie and also shows himself using the tool and records his voice to create a well-polished video.
